During meditation, we might gently focus on the rhythm of our breath, feeling it flow in and out of our bodies, or we might explore sensations in our bodies, noticing tension or relaxation without trying to change anything.

Through these practices, we learn to be kinder to ourselves and others, to let go of worries about the past or future, and to simply be here, now, in this moment.
